Both products are free for up to 3 users, Pro is $49 USD per workspace per month for each product with 10 users included, both together cost $79 a month, and every workspace gets 2 months of Pro free with no card.
Upgrade to Pro
- Open Plan and billingIn the product you want to upgrade, open Settings, then Plan and billing. Only the workspace owner can pay; everyone else sees "Your workspace owner manages billing."
- Choose monthly or yearlyTick Pay yearly and get 2 months free if you want yearly billing. The prices on the buttons change to the yearly amounts.
- Choose one product or bothPress Upgrade to Pro, $49 a month (during a trial: Keep Pro, $49 a month). For both products, press Add Link Console too: both for $79 a month in Pacing Console, or Add Pacing Console too: both for $79 a month in Link Console.
- Pay on the secure checkoutPayment is handled by Stripe. Enter your card and billing address, and a tax ID if you have one. If a trial is still running, your card is saved and the first charge is on the day the trial ends.
- Check that Pro is onYou return to Settings with "Thank you. Pro is on for this workspace." If you see "Payment received. Pro switches on within a few minutes.", give it a moment and reload.
- Manage invoices, card or cancellationPress Manage billing and invoices to download invoices, update the card or cancel.

Yearly billing gives you 2 months free. Enterprise is billed annually with a 25-user minimum, and includes setup done for you, invoice billing in CAD or USD, a security review and a data processing agreement.
What Pro adds
Pacing Console Pro: Insights (spend against plan, forecast range, daily spend by channel, channel efficiency, month over month), every recommendation with its dollar impact, one-click budget changes in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and CRM lifecycle stages by campaign. Pacing, the daily email and the client report stay free.
Link Console Pro: unlimited short links and templates, custom link endings, your own short domain, logo QR codes, the bulk builder, custom parameters, the ad account audit, daily link health checks, the CRM attribution check, the API and webhooks. Naming rules, approvals and editable links stay free.
Questions
What happens when the 2-month Pro trial ends?
From 14 days before the end, the app shows the owner a reminder with Keep Pro for $49 a month. If no card is added, the workspace moves to Free on the end date and keeps all its data. Nothing is charged unless the owner chooses Pro.
When does each trial start?
Pacing Console's trial starts when the workspace is created. Link Console's trial starts the first time the workspace opens Link Console. Each lasts 2 months.
How are extra users billed?
On Pro, the first 10 users are included. Each user beyond 10 is added to the subscription at $5 a month, prorated, and removed again when someone leaves. With both products, extra users are billed once, not per product.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly Pro is $490 per product or $790 for both, plus $50 per extra user per year, which works out to 2 months free. Tick Pay yearly and get 2 months free before you upgrade. Already paying monthly? Press Switch to yearly: 2 months free in Plan and billing. You are charged for the year now, minus the unused part of the current month, and Stripe emails the invoice. During a trial the switch costs nothing until the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
Press Manage billing and invoices and cancel there. The workspace keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for (Settings shows "Pro until" that date), then moves to Free and keeps its data.
My payment failed. What now?
Settings shows "The last payment did not go through." Press Manage billing and invoices and update the card to keep Pro.
I already pay for one product. How do I switch to the bundle?
Cancel the current subscription in Manage billing and invoices so it ends at the end of its period, then choose the bundle. Checkout blocks the bundle while another subscription is active, so you are never charged twice.
Who can manage billing?
Only the workspace owner. Editors and viewers see "Your workspace owner manages billing."
Will prices change?
We give at least 60 days' notice before any change to these prices.
Good to know
- Pricing is per workspace, not per account. Each workspace has its own plan for each product.
- Short links you created keep working on Free. Free only limits how many new short links you make each month.
